When will my BAMs be with me?

All BAM products are currently shipped from Singapore. Head along to the SingPost website to see what the expected delivery time is. Typically, it will take 5-10 days for most deliveries although there could be some delays at either end.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

Can I cancel my order?

We pride ourselves on prompt service and aim to ship within 24 hours of when we receive your order. If there’s an issue or you made a mistake, please contact us through support@bambathers.com and we’ll help you with cancelling your order.

My BAM’s don’t fit, what do I do?

If you have a faulty or incorrect product, send an email to support@bambathers.com including your order number. You can post the unused bathers to:

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping. We will cover the shipping for the replacement.

Due to the nature of the product, we won’t be able to accept returns if you’ve pressed your flesh up against them. So please, if you’re uncertain whether or not they fit, try them on over another pair of bathers or underwear.

How long do I have to return them?

You need to contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to let us know that you want to return them.

How long does the return process take?

We process returns within one business day of receiving the incorrect or faulty pair.

Who is paying customs and duties?

Not us. Your order may be subject to import duties or levies in the destination country. Any additional charges will need to be borne by you as we are unable to determine what they will be.
